• Seeking a motivated Technical Manager 

Maxwell GeoServices is a global data management company, providing consultancy and services to the mining and exploration industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our Data Outsourcing Team.

• Proven experience in technical management
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Geology or relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills 
• A passion for the mining industry and the ability to monitor all projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and technical expertise to the Data Outsourcing team
• Providing technical solutions in relation to project planning  and scheduling
• Identifying and implementing technological development opportunities
• Client communication and support

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in mining/or exploration
• Minimum 3 years experience with geological database management
• Knowledge of Access and SQL
• Experience with client account management and project management
• High level of motivation and initiative
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• A high level of computer literacy
