Maxwell GeoServices has developed a change management plan that assists client's when they want to refocus their data management process due to strategic requirements. Although the tasks may sound simple, it’s because Maxwell has taken the complexity out of the process. Our change management process includes:
- dataFIRST: This involves an in-depth review of the required changes. It will look at how the value of the data is retained during the change process, and maintained after implementation.
- Maxwell identifies the right people to facilitate the change, and engages the client in the process.
- The change management process has its own plan and outcomes. We link our change program to a client's strategy plan.
- We establish change management milestones, so that clients can evaluate the success of the program.
